Job Summary
Conduct hardware and software validation, verification, and performance testing for Regional Strike Programs. Document, analyze, and manage system requirements while performing system modeling, simulations, and design analysis using Model-Based Systems Engineering. Design, integrate, and troubleshoot hardware systems within a cross-functional engineering team delivering solutions for defense and scientific clients. Requires US citizenship, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, and 2+ years of systems engineering experience. W2 hourly rate ranges from $38.75 to $49.35. On-site location in Pittsfield, MA.

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
- 2+ years of job-related experience
- Master's degree
- 6 months+ of job-related experience

- Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools
- Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
