Job Summary
Expert-Level Systems Engineer sought to provide senior technical leadership across complex GEOINT systems-of-systems, spanning NSG/ASG and Federal partners. Responsibilities include guiding engineering teams through full systems lifecycle, directing requirements engineering, architecture traceability, solution design changes, and analyses (AoAs/CoAs/trade studies), coordinating across major acquisitions, and delivering strategic technical planning, risk management, and interface design. Requires a Bachelor's or higher in a STEM field (or equivalent experience), 18+ years of DoD/IC program experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph. Location: Springfield, VA; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience
- 18+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs in: DoD / IC Acquisition, Requirements, or PPBES processes
- Systems engineering of large-scale System-of-Systems or SOA environments across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures
- Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and enterprise architectures
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSG/ASG and NRO enterprise environments
- Prior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
- Prior IC or DoD program or project experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
