Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer for the EW team supporting ESM/EA/ECM systems, working across the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment. Responsibilities include system design, developing and testing EW capabilities, coordinating across disciplines to ensure defined requirements are met, leading system engineering reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) and delivering related CDRLs, and producing technical writing artifacts (white papers, proposals, test plans/reports). Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders; ability to manage multiple projects; eligible for U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance. Relocation benefits available. Salary range $166,000–$220,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with system design, development and test of ESM and EA / ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains (Counter-Radar, Counter-UAS, Counter-Comms, Counter-PNT, Counter-RCIED)
- Experience with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
- Experience with system requirements creation, requirement traceability, and requirement verification and validation
- Experience coordinating across disciplines to ensure system requirements and design are properly defined, implemented, and validated
- Experience leading program teams through systems engineering reviews and owning CDRLs including SRR, PDR, and CDR
- Excellent technical writing skills with experience in white papers, proposals, trade studies, test plans, test procedures, and test reports
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance
