Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer for the Electronic Warfare (EW) team, spanning the full product life cycle from concept to deployment to support ESM/EA/ECM systems. The role emphasizes system design, development and verification across ground-based and airborne EW domains, coordination across disciplines, and leadership of program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) with strong technical writing. The candidate should demonstrate experience with embedded devices, SDRs, RF systems and test equipment, MBSE methods, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. A U.S. security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is required, with relocation support available. The role also offers a competitive benefits package and salary range of $166,000–$220,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with system design, development and test of ESM and EA / ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains (Counter-Radar, Counter-UAS, Counter-Comms, Counter-PNT, Counter-RCIED)
- Experience with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
- Experience with system requirements creation, requirement traceability, and requirement verification and validation
- Experience coordinating across disciplines to ensure system requirements and design are defined, implemented, and validated
- Experience leading program teams through systems engineering reviews and owning related CDRLs including SRR, PDR, CDR
- Excellent technical writing skills (white papers, proposals, trade studies, test plans, test procedures, test reports)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance
- Preferred: SIL design/setup/automation, RF test equipment familiarity, MBSE, MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo), mission modeling tools (AFSIM, STK), flight test experience, firmware/software integration on hardware
