Job Summary

Systems Engineer will support design, integration, validation, and troubleshooting of complex access control systems across hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and field deployments. Role emphasizes system-level diagnosis, cross-functional collaboration with global teams, and hands-on work at customer sites, labs, and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include system-level troubleshooting, field support, issue reproduction and validation, integration and security assessment, and technical documentation. Collaboration with overseas hardware engineers, firmware developers, product management, customer supports, DVT, and ATE is required. Preferred experience in PACS, end-to-end access control architectures, multi-vendor interoperability, and regulatory/security considerations for physical security products. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong background in electronics design, firmware development, or software development
  • Experience across hardware–firmware–application software boundary
  • Experience with embedded firmware development in C/C++ or software development with Python or SQL
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills
