Job Summary
Design and manage DevOps platforms, containerized applications, and service mesh capabilities across Azure private and public clouds. Lead technical projects using agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, while driving observability solutions like logging and Monitoring as Code. Provide hands-on leadership for infrastructure engineering, integrating platforms with authentication and change management services. Support escalated incidents and operationalize technology standards for systems and cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software development or Computer engineering required; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a senior technical or engineering position
- Comprehensive Linux skills, including proven hands-on experience deploying and managing DevOps platforms (GitLab, GitLab-CI, Nexus, SonarQube, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, and server / application load balancing technologies
- High proficiency in implementing and using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management (Ansible, Terraform)
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing Cloud Infrastructure and Application Monitoring/Logging solutions (Dynatrace, DataDog, Splunk, New Relic)
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing CaaS (Containers as a Service) Kubernetes/Docker solutions on private and public Cloud Platforms
Desired Qualifications
- High proficiency in coding/scripting using Python/Go/Groovy/Bash languages
- Experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodology, including SCRUM and KANBAN
- Strong inter-personal, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work, influence and make an impact in a cross functional environment
