Job Summary
Lead Systems Engineering efforts by gathering requirements, documenting deliverables, and engaging in customer and team meetings to communicate status, identify priorities, and ensure requirements are met. Partner with the DevOps team to capture tasking in JIRA and update tracking as appropriate. Manage status reporting and milestone identification for government clients while leveraging experience with Confluence and JIRA. This role requires 14-20 years of systems engineering experience and an active TS/SCI with poly clearance. Salary ranges from $185,000 to $225,000 based on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- 14-20 years experience as a Systems Engineer on programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline; 5 years additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
- Active TS/SCI w/ poly clearance
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Experience using Confluence and JIRA
- Requirements gathering, documentation
- Engage with customer and team meetings
- Work with customer management to communicate status, clearly identify priorities and milestones, and ensure customer requirements are met
- Work with DevOps team to ensure tasking is captured in JIRA and updated as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of or experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm
- Understanding of or experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards
- Understanding of or experience with Grafana dashboards
