Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate technical teams to manage system design, implementation, operation, and technical management, ensuring all project aspects are addressed. Develop and document technical requirements based on stakeholder needs, lead architecture design, and monitor performance post-deployment. Direct multiple lab resources and subcontractors for large-scale deployments, conducting design synthesis to translate requirements into physical architectures for complex systems. Create technical reports and diagrams detailing system attributes while maintaining compliance with software architecture and technology standards. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for systems engineering tools and develop roadmaps for Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations test and training infrastructure.

- Space and/or Electronic Warfare experience that includes either operations, test, maintenance of mission, or test range systems", "Proficient in the development and publication of technical reports", "Strong analytical and briefing skills
