Job Summary
Derive, write, and track system requirements from Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure designs meet customer expectations. Coordinate configuration management by creating deliverable indices, drawing trees, and Bills of Materials, while maintaining Interface Control Documents and facilitating communication between team leads. Support milestone reviews by verifying entrance and exit criteria and executing contract transition-out efforts to ensure compliance and closeout. Establish and maintain company processes for configuration management and quality control. Requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and a Secret DoD Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Secret DoD Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Desired Qualifications
- Desired background in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Desired experience with Systems Engineering tools such as DOORS and/or CAMEO
- Desired experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
