Job Summary
Systems Engineer responsible for providing IT support services using ticketing systems, maintaining documentation, and adhering to change control in a highly technical MSP environment in Hong Kong (on-site). Key focus areas include end-user support, Microsoft 365 stack administration, Windows Server and Active Directory administration, endpoint security, virtualization, and networking. Strong communication skills and prior MSP experience are preferred, with exposure to vendor products and cybersecurity solutions. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
- End-User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
- Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
- Systems Administration: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy, good if you are familiar with Citrix XenApp
- Support of Sophos or similar products for endpoint threat management
- Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
- Experience working in an MSP environment
- The candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job
