Job Summary
Implement and configure server virtualization platforms, cloud environments, and network infrastructure for clients, executing deployments, migrations, and IAM setups with precision. Diagnose and resolve sophisticated network and server issues while maintaining security controls within Microsoft 365 and cloud environments, including conditional access and multi-factor authentication. Deploy backup and disaster recovery solutions, manage user data migrations, and audit customer networks to recommend improvements that enhance reliability and security. Deliver direct technical support to clients and maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, ensuring a cybersecurity-first approach across all systems.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical support, network and server management, and systems engineering, with increasing technical responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with: Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, SQL
- Hands-on experience with: Hyper-V, VMWare
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online
- Hands-on experience with: Troubleshooting desktop/laptop and advanced network issues
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
- CompTIA, CCNA, Security+ certifications
- Microsoft 365 Platform Certifications
