Job Summary
Seeking a Systems Engineer to design, build and test electro-optical mechanical stabilized systems at Areté. Requires Bachelors' degree and 9+ years experience; Top Secret clearance eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance
- Hands on knowledge for precision assemblies and testing of hardware
- Develop detailed test plans and procedures
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations
- Responsibilities include requirements derivation, requirements traceability, systems integration & test, performance verification
- Support test events at multiple test event sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Jama for Requirements and Test Management
- Ability to write scripts for test automation and data analysis
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools like Agile, Scrum
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD, MIL-HDBK, ISO, ASME
Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required to meet position eligibility
- Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required
- Successful passage of a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test is required
