Job Summary
Develop system architectures, define design constraints, and execute trade studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Perform functional and timeline analysis, manage requirements decomposition, and develop system external interfaces using model-based systems engineering methodologies. Ensure requirements are met by evaluating performance with customers and defining operational concepts. This role is located in Melbourne, FL, with a 9/80 work schedule featuring every other Friday off. Candidates must maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance and possess experience with SysML, MBSE frameworks, and Cameo tools. The position is contingent on program funding, with start dates determined after confirmation.

- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience
- Must have a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
- Must have a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 year of related professional/military experience
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
- Must have experience with SysML, MBSE Frameworks, Use cases, AND/OR Sequence diagram definition using MBSE tools such as Cameo
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience
- Must have a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 3 years of related professional/military experience
- Must have a STEM Ph.D. AND 1 year of related professional/military experience
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
- Must have experience with SysML, MBSE Frameworks, Use cases, AND/OR Sequence diagram definition using MBSE tools such as Cameo
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Experience with generating SysML Diagrams, tables, and documentation using Cameo
- Experience with modeling UCI/OMS Services and interfaces
- Experience with modeling Cloud Native software Architectures
- Knowledge and experience with the definition of OMS – Open Mission System Architecture Specification and UCI – Universal Command and Control Interface
- Systems Engineering experience specifically detailing Computer Software Component (CSC) to CSC interaction
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- U.S. Citizenship
