Job Summary
Systems Engineer in Ankara responsible for leading the technical aspects of a sales cycle, from RFIs to RFPs/RFQs and POCs, acting as the primary technical contact and collaborating with the sales partner. Must translate customer requirements into effective Fortinet security solutions, present via whiteboarding and technical documents, manage multiple deals concurrently, maintain CRM data, and continuously deepen Fortinet product knowledge while understanding competitive landscape. Requires expertise in NGFW, SD-WAN, cloud concepts, and related security technologies, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive technical closures and customer success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a pre-sales engineer or managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals through to technical closure
- Strong understanding of NGFW, SD-WAN, devops/automation tools, public/private cloud, ATP, NOC/SOC, WAF, SEG, XDR, NAC, LAN/WLAN (expert in at least two)
- Ability to communicate technically to a range of external and internal stakeholders
- CISSP accreditation would be beneficial
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
