Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer and C4I/IAMD Subject Matter Expert to support DoD/DAF initiatives focused on interoperability and integrated air and missile defense. Role involves developing, integrating, and advocating for foreign military C4ISR/IAMD capabilities; representing U.S. Government in multinational forums; delivering technical guidance across system architectures, concepts, and implementation; producing documentation and architecture products; engaging senior foreign military leaders and SMEs; and collaborating with government personnel, MITRE, contractors, and U.S. military organizations. Travel 25-50% is expected. Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and demonstrated experience with C2, IAMD, CJADC2/ABMS/C3BM, and related systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant domain experience.
- Top Secret clearance (with investigation within the last 5 years) with final SCI eligibility along with SAP and NATO Secret.
- Demonstrated experience as a pilot, weapons systems operator, or crew member in E-3, E-2, JSTARS, E-7, and/or operator in an AOC, CRC or Combatant Command Center. A minimum of 500 flying hours is preferred.
- Active flying or crew member experience within the last eight (8) years preferred.
- Experience working with foreign militaries.
- Demonstrated experience working C2/Comm and/or battle management experience working with communication nodes.
- Minimum of 10 years providing operational, tactical and technical subject matter expertise supporting Integrated Air And Missile Defense; ground and air surveillance radar; datalink planning and employment; experience with COMSEC; C2 tactics, training, and operations (E-3, E-7, E-2D, TAC-P, AOC, CRC, Patriot, THAAD, IBCS).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with CJADC2, ABMS, C3BM, tactical communications (waveforms, software defined), PNT (GPS, INS), and adjunct sensors.
