Job Summary
Maintain Azure and on-prem systems, servers, and services while deploying updates, patches, and OS upgrades across server and endpoint fleets. Administer Entra ID, AD, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access packages to ensure secure and timely access provisioning. Manage Intune, endpoint antivirus, and device compliance, then respond to ITSM tickets with expert troubleshooting for infrastructure and network issues. Monitor security appliances, WAFs, and endpoint protection, generating monthly compliance, access, and patch reports. Research solutions, run pilots, and propose improvements while participating in planning, training, and cross-team technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years IT experience
- 7 years direct IT operations experience
- 3+ years with Microsoft 365
- 3+ years with Entra
- 3+ years with Active Directory
- 3+ years with Intune
- 3+ years supporting Windows
- 3+ years supporting macOS
- 3+ years supporting endpoint management
- 3+ years supporting patching
- 3+ years supporting Windows Server
- 3+ years supporting VDI environments
- Experience with Cisco/Meraki networking and security appliances
- Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Experience writing PowerShell scripts
- Minimum of 20% in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in association management, nonprofit, healthcare, member-based organizations, or similarly mission-driven environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and access management, endpoint management, ITSM tools, network services, conferencing/AV technology, and cloud cost governance
- Familiarity with Personify or other Association Management Systems (AMS), SaaS integrations, and enterprise data protection requirements
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR/privacy programs, HIPAA-adjacent controls, or vendor risk management frameworks
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Security+, Azure/AWS, PMP, or similar leadership/technical credentials
