Job Summary
Systems Engineer with IAM specialization responsible for designing, implementing, and improving our Okta-based IAM solution. Responsibilities include managing identity lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), provisioning and deprovisioning across systems, monitoring and troubleshooting IAM workflows, building automations with Okta Workflows, integrating Okta with connected systems, designing RBAC concepts, supporting IAM projects, and collaborating with HR and IT to translate requirements into IAM solutions. Requires hands-on Okta experience, knowledge of SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect, SSO, scripting capabilities (PowerShell or similar), strong documentation skills, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work with offices in Munich, Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London, and Vienna; 60% office / 40% remote with option to spend 20 days abroad.”,
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering
- Proven experience implementing and operating enterprise IAM solutions, with hands-on experience in Okta
- Experience with identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including provisioning, updates and deprovisioning across systems
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining flows in Okta
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Good understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g. SSO, RBAC, federation)
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell or similar), ideally in the context of IAM processes
- Strong experience in documenting IAM processes, workflows and system architecture
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
