Job Summary
Build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Windows Domain Controllers, virtualization environments using VMware vSphere, and network attached storage systems. Manage Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra admin center, Exchange, and Defender while ensuring server security through patching and endpoint detection. Maintain identity and access management via Active Directory, configure PKI for authentication, and oversee backup and recovery services. Make hardware and software recommendations, interact with vendors, and configure security auditing. Report project status and maintain configuration documentation. Work independently under minimal direction to develop solutions, collaborating with network administrators and developers. Requires Secret clearance, Federal government experience, and relevant Microsoft certifications.

- Engineering and administration experience with VMware vCenter and ESXi
- Engineering and administration experience with on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft products such as Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Server 2022, Windows 11, InTune, Configuration Manager, etc.
- Experience building and managing enterprise active directory domains
- Administration experience with network attached storage (NAS) solutions
- Administration experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam, etc.
- Federal government experience is mandatory
- Current Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, etc.
- BS/BA in Information Systems/Computer Science/related field or 5 years minimum relevant professional and technical experience
