Job Summary
Provide top-tier hands-on support for assigned client accounts, managing escalated issues and post-reviewing resolved incidents. Implement configurations for firewalls, wireless solutions, switches, and servers, while ensuring proper backups are created and restoration capabilities are maintained for Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems. Utilize proactive reviews and visits to reduce risks, track all time and expenses, and maintain accurate client user contact information and technical documentation. Work with the Network Administrator to prepare Quarterly Business Review deliverables and identify opportunities within clients. Occasional travel to client locations is required with expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years, preferably with an MSP – work with both networks and systems
- 2+ years of experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience with Cloud technology
- Comfortable interfacing with customers – Pre-sales support, project coordination, training, support
- Strong knowledge of Domain Services and the establishment of static and software-based VPNs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Fortinet network products
- Experience connecting Azure Services to environments (AD Sync, AD Premium, Office 365 Management)
- Related certifications, e.g., MSCA, MSCE, etc.
