Job Summary
Apply systems engineering principles across all lifecycle phases from concept through retirement, leading the development and delivery of work products aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 standards. Analyze technical alternatives, provide oversight of engineering teams and contractors, and participate in discussions with government customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Supervise junior engineers while resolving technical risks and contributing to trade studies and system readiness assessments. Requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 20 years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of systems engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience with ISO/IEC 15288 processes and lifecycle support
- Strong understanding of technical trade-off analysis, system-level requirements development, and integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) programs
- Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps environments and model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
- Prior experience leading technical teams and customer-facing engineering efforts
