Job Summary
Systems Engineer 4 applies systems engineering principles across all lifecycle phases for government contracting programs, interacting with government stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure integrity and quality of deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas. Responsibilities include leading systems engineering activities, coordinating contractor staff, developing work products, evaluating design alternatives, and briefing stakeholders. Requires deep experience with systems engineering lifecycle, ISO/IEC 15288, and ability to lead technical teams; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area).
- Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
- A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
