Systems Engineer 3 - (Dataflow, Confluence, Jira)

Synthesize high-level operational requirements into detailed, end-to-end dataflow plans, defining ingest points, transformation steps, security/compliance boundary crossings, and destination endpoints. Analyze and resolve complex dataflow routing issues where standardized documentation or procedures are insufficient, while independently researching and mastering new systems to address emerging operational needs. Leverage existing baseline documentation to synthesize tailor-made solutions into formal, repeatable procedures and technical recommendations. Utilize knowledge management and ticketing tools such as Confluence and Jira to track team progress, identify documentation gaps, and maintain comprehensive records of dataflows and routing anomalies. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 12+ years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree plus seven years of systems engineering experience. Salary range $157k-$193k annually.
