Job Summary
Perform regular administration and conduct basic performance trend analyses for multiple production environments, including systems and databases. Execute system configurations and backups with minimal guidance, while implementing monthly, quarterly, or hotfix patches to address security vulnerabilities and bugs. Resolve standard customer system issues and implement documented technical solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. Provide escalation support for complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, and high availability requirements. Work onsite to support critical business operations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure knowledge
