Job Summary
Systems Test Engineer intern at Onto Innovation to design, execute, and analyze test plans for semiconductor metrology systems, perform calibration and validation tasks to ensure equipment meets performance standards, document test procedures and results, support hardware and software integration during system testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, participate in research to optimize test processes and methodologies, and maintain a safe, organized work environment in line with company standards.
