Systems Enablement Analyst

Job Summary
Facilitate process discovery sessions with teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to map current-state workflows and identify automation or AI opportunities. Build and configure internal applications, automations, and integrations using AI tools, while testing, validating, and supporting releases for ERP and enterprise platforms. Document system changes, create training materials, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Work directly with stakeholders to translate problems into practical solutions and continuously improve processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business systems, business analysis, application support, systems implementation, operations technology or a related role
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering or process discovery sessions with business stakeholders
- Experience documenting current-state processes and designing improved future-state workflows
- Experience translating business problems into system or process solutions
- Experience configuring or supporting ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications
- Strong testing, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to think through risks, dependencies and edge cases rather than simply testing the expected path
- Experience working with business data, reporting or analytics
- Excellent written documentation and communication skills
- The ability to work directly with both business users and technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to work primarily from our Calgary location and engage directly with the people and processes you're supporting
