Job Summary
Lead administrator for the Corporate PPI SharePoint site and global digital workflow tools, overseeing Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and AI-enabled enhancements. Drive foundation, administration, workflow maintenance, and global accessibility; support PPI leads with troubleshooting and guidance. Phase 2 expands AI integration, customization of GPTs, and development of role-based mastery pathways; Phase 3 focuses on AI agents, real-time data analysis, root-cause diagnosis, and high-probability improvements. Requires strong Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint expertise, hands-on AI/LLM experience, prototyping mindset, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience building digital products or automation workflows
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Architecture
- AI Literacy with hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and integrating LLMs into business workflows
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks is a significant plus
- Ability to explain complex digital architectures to non-technical practitioners and executives
- Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Travel up to 10% as needed
