Job Summary
Operate and maintain FPC manufacturing equipment while troubleshooting automation logic and machine interface systems with minimal supervision. Utilize digital tools and MS Office to document processes, ensuring keen attention to detail during hands-on technical tasks. Collaborate effectively to support production workflows, applying critical thinking to resolve process issues. While formal experience in semiconductor or electronics companies is not required, familiarity with PLCs or machine communication is advantageous. This role supports the engineering team in optimizing manufacturing efficiency for technical assistants with relevant academic backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of technical Course related to Engineering ( Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field)
- Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office
- Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Keen to detail
- Work with minimum supervision
- Good analytical and critical thinking
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years work experience as process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company
- Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of PLC or machine communication
