Job Summary
Systems Development Lifecycle Support Analyst to support the Department of State IT Governance for the CA/CST program. Responsibilities include implementing CST’s SAFe governance model, providing agile coaches/SMEs for SAFe Agile Release Trains and Program Increments, promoting agile maturation through SAFe configurations, developing reporting and dashboards to provide leadership with project metrics, delivering data-driven analysis for management decisions, coordinating with CST divisions for leadership briefings, delivering SAFe training to stakeholders, establishing monitoring frameworks for CA/CST Agile activities, identifying improvement opportunities, and setting standards, tools, reporting, and procedures for project management and SDLC activities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- SAFe Agile Certified
