Job Summary
Partner with Business/Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage detailed requirement sets to advance organizational objectives. Engage developers, business analysts, and DBAs to ensure solution quality while creating architectures that support enterprise goals. Lead project management efforts including task identification, effort estimation, dependency sequencing, and critical path analysis for ERP and engineering software modules. Provide direct support to continuous improvement initiatives and identify industry trends to enhance application capabilities. Collaborate across constituencies to drive productivity improvements and resolve project conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, computer science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Strong proficiency in C, C++, C# required
- Azure DevOps
- API Creation and Integration
- Object-oriented programming
- Linux OS
- Microsoft Developer Studio Experience preferred
- MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- PLC's and SCADA systems
- User-interface development
- TFS experience
- NET development, SQL server preferred
- Crystal Reporting, Power BI Reporting tools preferred
- FTP/SFTP experience
- Experience with Microsoft office products, including MS-Visio and MS-Project required
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong analysis skills
- Ability to mentor other developers
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to travel – up to 25%
- Strong collaboration skills
- Effective written communication and presentation skills
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong geometry skills
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Developer Studio Experience preferred
- NET development, SQL server preferred
- Crystal Reporting, Power BI Reporting tools preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred in the core process domains of planning/scheduling, master data, production, shop floor control, inventory management, distribution, warehouse management and finance
