Job Summary

Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for data, systems, reporting, and AI capabilities across global Social Impact programs. Lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and automate data collection and reporting while establishing governance standards, ownership, and validation processes. Partner with Foundation leadership, IT, Finance, and external vendors to design an integrated data ecosystem and support the evolution of the Global Social Impact Dashboard. Identify and implement practical AI use cases to improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and enable effective storytelling around investment, impact, and operations. Build standard reporting that provides consistent visibility into key metrics and develop executive-ready insights connecting strategic priorities to outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, systems management, digital transformation, operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data, technology, and business processes to improve organizational effectiveness, decision-making, and operational outcomes
  • Strong understanding of reporting, dashboard development, data governance, data quality management, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable data, reporting, system, or technology solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, processes, systems, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop practical recommendations
  • Experience developing and managing reporting solutions, data visualizations, performance metrics, and self-service analytics capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Experience identifying opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience through technology solutions
  • Demonstrated interest in and practical application of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, evaluations, or business transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with enterprise business applications, cloud-based systems, reporting platforms, workflow automation tools, and data management solutions
  • Experience with business intelligence, data visualization, process automation, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, SQL-based platforms, cloud analytics platforms, or similar technologies)
  • Experience within philanthropy, nonprofit, grants management, foundation operations, CSR, social impact, or mission-driven organizations
  • Project management, change management, or technology adoption experience
