Job Summary
Systems Campaign Execution Specialist responsible for designing, building, deploying and maintaining marketing automation programs. Collaborates with Global Marketing Operations Managers and Regional Marketing Managers to enable global lead creation, automated forms, triggered and outbound emails, webinar support, and other campaign activities. Drives high-quality campaigns, dashboards, and insights into revenue impact. Key duties include designing and launching automated email programs (post-event drips, post-form submissions, sales follow-up), developing Marketo forms with the Web team, coordinating with Marketing Ops and Salesforce Admins to fix data/system errors, creating executive dashboards to show ROI, optimizing email programs and form submissions, setting up and maintaining reply mail management, performing A/B testing, producing monthly performance reports, and managing email segmentation and list hygiene. About You: 1-2 years of experience; Salesforce CRM; experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot); UTMs; webinar tools (ON24, GotoWebinar); creating emails, forms and landing pages in a MAM; strong communication and project management skills; HTML/CSS a plus; self-starter who can drive projects from inception to completion.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience
- Salesforce CRM
- Marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot etc.
- Understanding and use of UTMs
- Webinar tools like ON24, GotoWebinar, etc.
- Creating emails, forms and landing pages in a MAM
- Strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- HTML/CSS experience a plus
