Job Summary
Define and document business needs and functional requirements while acting as a liaison between Capital Partners' Systems and business groups. Translate project concepts into visual images for both business and technical audiences, manage distinct efforts via waterfall or iterative processes, and ensure methodology is followed. Facilitate prototyping and design sessions, conduct user training, and use SQL or BI tools to validate report requirements and confirm test results. Resolve miscommunications between team members, maintain issue logs, and participate in developing test strategies and executing test plans.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience at a financial services company
- preferably with Private Banking and/or Investment Management experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven business analysis skills, including business requirements, product proposals and business and technical workflows
- Ability to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to use wide range of office software, such as more advanced Excel techniques, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
