Job Summary
Systems Architect 4 to join a team developing modern enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, and analytical software solutions supporting Missile Defense Agency initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure enterprise software using .NET technologies; develop and integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, data processing components, and analytical tools; translate mission and business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions; support cloud modernization including hybrid-cloud and container-based deployments; develop database-driven applications using SQL Server and PostgreSQL; participate in Agile software development activities; support enterprise analytics, dashboards, ETL pipelines, and AI/LLM-enabled solutions; conduct application security reviews and support vulnerability assessment activities; evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in .NET application development and enterprise software engineering
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- Strong proficiency with .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs using .NET Web API or similar frameworks
- Experience developing database-driven applications using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases
- Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices
- Experience using Agile project management and tracking tools such as Jira
- Experience performing application security code reviews and/or vulnerability assessments
