Systems Architect - ServiceNow

Job Summary
Lead development, testing, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform as a subject matter resource for ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, and CMDB. Design, develop, and customize solutions while configuring workflows to enhance process automation. Monitor platform performance, manage incident queues, and apply data-driven decisions to optimize functionality. Define use/test cases, execute user acceptance testing, and lead pre- and post-upgrade validation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into development activities, and support technical documentation and architecture. Own custom integrations with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and perform data mapping for dashboards and reports. Assess new releases and direct feature adoption while partnering with Product Owners and Engineering teams to prioritize solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in end-to-end product development on ServiceNow platform
- Minimum six (6) years of experience supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development on the ServiceNow platform in a medium or large enterprise organization
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical product requirements
- Ability to create and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for ServiceNow solutions
- Experience in pre- and post-deployment validation processes
