Job Summary
Senior Systems Architect role in Chantilly, VA requiring active TS/SCI clearance. Senior-level architects guide mid- and junior-level architects in designing and developing solutions for complex applications problems, API design, data services, platform services, cloud and infrastructure services, ensuring alignment to Enterprise Architecture. Responsibilities include guiding architecture design, documenting solution architectures, analyzing requirements and improving existing systems, and developing proposed changes based on requirements and new technology. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of related experience, DoDAF/PAG familiarity, and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Desired: Master’s degree and MBSE knowledge. Office location is Chantilly, VA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related STEM field, or 12+ years of experience as a Systems Architect in lieu of degree
- 12+ years of experience in government or industry in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, or IC PAG
- TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI and pass polygraph
