Job Summary
PingWind seeks a Systems Architect to support Tier 2 operations by analyzing and documenting system architectures to resolve complex operational issues. The role involves collaboration with support leads and technical teams to recommend architecture-aligned solutions, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting root cause analyses for system performance issues. Candidates must have a BS/BA degree and 5 years of relevant experience (or 9 years without a degree) alongside necessary security clearance and certifications in architecture or systems engineering appropriate for government environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold or be able to obtain Secret Clearance
- Holds or is working toward architecture or systems engineering certifications appropriate for Government environments, such as TOGAF, DoDAF, AWS Solutions Architect (Associate), or equivalent Government-recognized architecture or systems engineering certifications.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
