Job Summary
Lead a cross-disciplined team to design, prototype, and field resilient communications products. Design resilient communication systems and collaborate with software/hardware engineers to develop software defined radios. Requires 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, DSP for embedded devices, SDRs, FPGA/GPU/ARM, and familiarity with commercial and DOD wireless standards (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi‐Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS). 25% travel; active TS/SCI clearance. Salary range $220k–$292k with equity and comprehensive benefits for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios
- Waveform design for resilient communications
- Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios
- Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.)
- Project Management and Leadership experience
- Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work
- 25% travel required
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S.Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Top Secret/SCI)
