Job Summary
The Systems & Applications Engineer oversees design and installation for gas turbine projects, requiring a Bachelors in Engineering and 5+ years in gas turbine product development, emphasizing analytical skills, customer interaction, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) product development
- Knowledge of GT control systems such as Speedtronic Mark V, Mark VI or Vie
- Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electrical component function and system design
- Knowledge of instrument calibration procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Siemens T3000 and Emerson Ovation
- Experience working with lean, premix combustion systems designs
- Lean premix combustion tuning experience and GT cycle knowledge
