Job Summary
Systems and Network Specialist to configure, install, and support client hardware and software both onsite and remotely; diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues; administer LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VoIP, servers, virtualization, and data storage; maintain system performance, perform backups/disaster recovery, and collaborate with ITS staff on installations, monitoring, and security. Requires AD and O365 exposure, Windows/Linux environments, and strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline preferred; experience with IT budgeting and project management is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience in system and/or network administration
