Job Summary
Systems and Network Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, support, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Fortinet and Cisco networking, NAS/SAN storage (NetApp, Synology), Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure, with a hybrid work model (2–3 days remote) and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Systems, Network, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Strong experience with Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls and security solutions.
- Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies (switching, routing, wireless).
- Experience configuring and supporting VPN and remote access solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing NAS and SAN environments, particularly NetApp and Synology platforms.
- Strong administration experience with Windows Server environments.
- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, including user and service management.
- Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across networking, systems, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
