Job Summary
The role involves administration of systems, platforms, and network infrastructure, ensuring operational goals are met by supporting IT projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining Active Directory and Group Policy, managing user maintenance, supporting business continuity and disaster recovery processes, and monitoring network infrastructure. The position requires expertise in BitLocker deployment, firewall management, and network troubleshooting. A minimum high school education is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications. The candidate should have substantial experience in network hardware and infrastructure support.
Required Qualifications
- CCNA or MSCA certification
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience implementing and supporting physical and virtual infrastructure, switches, network hardware and design
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Active Directory
- Knowledge of Word processing software, spreadsheet software, Internet, and database software
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems (MIS) preferred
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy preferred

- Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs. without assistance
