Job Summary
Own and manage core operational systems including CRM, property management software, and work order management tools to optimize performance and align with business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison with vendors while continuously evaluating system capabilities, updates, and enhancements. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for revenue recovery and cost savings. Partner with leadership to define system strategy, support users through training and troubleshooting, and lead change management initiatives. Monitor adoption, data quality, and performance metrics while collaborating cross-functionally to align tools with business needs. Communicate system updates and outages to stakeholders. Requires 3+ years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and SQL proficiency.
