Job Summary
Systems Analyst to join Weybourne’s IT team supporting the Epicor ERP and related systems. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality BAU service, ensuring SLAs/KPIs, coordinating with the Systems Manager to prioritise work, building and maintaining reports for Business and IT & Systems, supporting project and change activities, developing processes and procedures for streamlined support, and collaborating with the Finance team and Business Analysts to drive enhancements and onboarding into production. Requires experience with Epicor ERP (advantage), Microsoft SQL, Finance applications, manufacturing domain, Power BI, Excel, Visio, and strong stakeholder communication; ability to work autonomously and with a team, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Required Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience with a major ERP system (Epicor an advantage)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL
- Finance applications/systems
- Manufacturing experience (Jobs, Activities, Boms)
- Excel & Visio
- Power BI or similar BI tool
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Autonomous with teamwork
- Willingness to take ownership
