Job Summary
Initial point of contact for internal/external users, providing exceptional customer service and support for wealth management systems (focus on Addepar) while acting as a systems liaison to develop and implement technical solutions. Responsibilities include tier 1 support, user access administration, applying system configurations to support business needs, coordinating issue communication between users and vendors, delivering client demos/trainings, ensuring regulatory/compliance alignment, investigating discrepancies in performance calculations and reporting, and assisting with data integration/reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 4+ years systems analysis experience required
- Experience in wealth management systems preferred (Addepar)
- Strong knowledge of wealth management systems and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with strong analytical skills
- Effective communication to technical and non-technical users
- Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
