Job Summary
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate workflows into technical requirements and system configurations. Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that streamline operations. Provide technical support for Unix, Linux, AS400, Windows, and server environments while serving as the primary liaison for user needs. Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes, perform configuration changes, and conduct periodic security audits. Participate in on-call duties for critical system troubleshooting. Requires 0-2 years of healthcare IT experience, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare-related systems analysis, IT support, or a similar field required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in IT training and presentations preferred
- Basic knowledge of hospital/clinical IS systems
- Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Knowledge of system configuration, data tools and concepts, application implementations, optimization, report writing, or related applicable skill set
- Understanding of systems analysis concepts, techniques, industry best practices, tools and standards
- Ability to accommodate varying levels of travel to attend meetings, implementations and customer support activities
- Good organization, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to present trainings and other presentations in group settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle different tasks simultaneously
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Net+, MCP, MIS, Azure Fundamentals) preferred
