Job Summary
Provide system administration and technical support for the Student Administration System (Peoplesoft Campus Solution); monitor service availability; maintain the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for change requests; lead/participate in projects covering end-to-end SDLC activities for new initiatives; create and maintain system and technical documentation; provide technical assistance to new team members; require proficiency in systems analysis, application design and development; experience with PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, HTML, XML Publisher, and Application Engine is advantageous; strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills; self-driven, independent, and able to work as part of a team; able to multi-task and prioritize work targets; people-oriented with good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; relevant qualifications in Computer Science; 2-year contract in the first instance; Singapore Public Service context and opportunities highlighted.
