Job Summary
Manage Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, AD DS, Entra ID, and Intune while administering Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Conduct daily health checks, monitor server room equipment, and perform routine updates to ensure system availability. Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls while monitoring performance to minimize downtime. Support IT projects involving documentation, testing, and deployment activities for initiatives like SSO integration. Assist with ad hoc assignments and contribute to infrastructure modernization efforts within the School's digital transformation team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, DNS, GPOs, Exchange & SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, Cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
- Solid experience in managing enterprise network environment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and best practices, including Microsoft Defender, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage incidents and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex system issues
- Possess solid written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences, and strong commitment-to-task
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
