Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to enhance laboratory systems in a healthcare environment, requiring a Bachelor's degree, prior hospital experience, and Epic certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field
- Epic Beaker certification in Clinical and Anatomic Pathology required or must be obtained within nine months of hiring
- At least two years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
- Proficiency in system analysis and technical troubleshooting
- Prior experience with Epic system builds, training, and support
- Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and IBM systems
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience
