Job Summary
Support, maintain, and enhance the Polomas application. Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, SSIS packages, VBA applications, and C# automation tools. Troubleshoot application, database, and data integration issues. Perform incident management and root cause analysis. Support data quality, system integrations, and ETL processes. Gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Drive automation, performance improvements, and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in T-SQL, SSIS, VBA
- Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with application support and production issue resolution
