Job Summary
Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing, developing, and testing system enhancements within a government agency environment focused on Medicaid Claims Processing and infrastructure. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to develop project documentation, conducts requirements gathering with subject matter experts, analyzes business processes and system modifications, performs testing including scripting and debugging, and facilitates knowledge sharing and documentation to support system architecture and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing
- Experience in business objectives, problem-solving, and identifying solutions
- Proficiency in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements and operational procedures
- Skills in documenting user needs, program functions, and processing steps
- Experience with Azure DevOps and wireframe generation
